By purchasing a photoshoot voucher, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to the following terms:

The voucher is valid exclusively for an art nude photography session in the photographer’s artistic style and creative vision.
By purchasing the voucher, the client confirms that they are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio, style, and artistic approach.
The voucher is personal and may only be used by the person it was purchased for. It cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for another person.
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher expires automatically.
All voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
If the recipient decides not to proceed with the photoshoot for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
Photoshoot bookings must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the photographer’s availability.
The photographer reserves the right to refuse a session in cases of inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.

By purchasing or using the voucher, the client automatically accepts all terms and conditions listed above.
